Based in Herefordshire, and covering surrounding areas, BioSolve Solutions Ltd is a specialised biohazard cleaning company. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive cleaning and decontamination services. Our focus is on ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients by effectively managing and eliminating biohazards from various environments. Focusing on biohazard remediation, we are committed to delivering exceptional results while prioritising health and safety.
Founded by two best friends, Sarah and Ellie, we started our first cleaning company in 2024. Our company quickly expanded to allow us to try and keep up with demand. Grown on a passion of helping people, transforming spaces and taking on satisfying tasks, we knew we wanted to take the leap to qualify in biohazard cleaning. Although not a legal requirement, we undertook a comprehensive course to ensure our work adheres to industry standards, and meets all relevant regulations.The primary regulations include COSHH Regulations 2002, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974,
Environmental Protection Act 1990, and various
waste management regulations. We are fully aware of the sensitivity required when approaching some of our jobs, as often we will be required at some of the most difficult times. That is why we handle every single job with the utmost discretion, respect and confidentiality.
We've thought of everything, so you don't have to- from removable sign writing on our vehicle, to regular CPD training to help us provide a service tailored to the circumstances.
Our team is empathetic, while maintaining professional boundaries to allow us to complete work to regulations, and remediate issues are clients are facing.
Safety for our team and our clients is our highest priority. From start to finish, our processes allow us to provide effective and efficient solutions. We are DBS checked, fully insured and hold an upper tier waste licence, to ensure a safe, compliant and a reliable service.
